My journey began approximately six years ago, a time when I first began to notice a significant shift in the way people interacted with one another. Face-to-face conversations, once a staple of human connection, were being replaced by a growing trend of self-isolation. I observed friends and acquaintances retreating into their own worlds, opting to communicate through text messages and emails rather than engaging in meaningful dialogue. This shift was alarming, but it was just the tip of the iceberg. As I looked around, I saw the darker side of this digital age emerging. Online bullying became rampant, with individuals hiding behind screens to unleash their cruelty on others. The phenomenon of "hooking up" through apps and websites led to a disconnection from genuine relationships, while catfishing—where people pretended to be someone they were not—destroyed trust and left emotional wreckage in its wake. It was heartbreaking to witness people abandoning their families and loved ones, lured by the seductive idea of a better life with someone they had never even met. The impact of these choices rippled through communities, affecting not only those directly involved but also their families and friends. The situation grew increasingly dire as I learned about friends and even their children who were tragically taking their own lives. These heart-wrenching events revealed the deep levels of suffering, sorrow, and despair that were hidden beneath the surface. I witnessed anguish and agony manifesting in various forms—addiction, anxiety, and a pervasive sense of hopelessness. The weight of this collective pain became unbearable, and I reached a breaking point. I realized that I could no longer stand idly by as an observer of life. I felt a powerful urge to take action, to find a way to not only cultivate happiness within myself but to extend that sense of joy and fulfillment to those around me. In seeking a path forward, I kept hearing about coaching as a potential avenue for helping others. It was a suggestion that came to me multiple times, almost as if the universe itself was nudging me in that direction. However, I was hesitant and needed more than just vague prompts; I wanted clear signs that this was the right path for me. I made a request to the higher power of the universe, asking for five more signs to guide my way. To my amazement, those signs manifested in abundance. Emboldened by this newfound clarity, I dove headfirst into the world of coaching. I pursued certifications with fervor, accumulating a total of eight different qualifications that equipped me with the tools and knowledge to support others. Yet, even after achieving these milestones, I found myself pondering, "Now what?" I felt a sense of urgency and purpose building within me, and so I turned once more to the universe, ready to embrace the challenges ahead. I declared, “OK, universe, bring me your downtrodden, your weary, and your broken-hearted.” And here I stand today, ready and eager to help. My mission is clear: I want to empower others to reclaim their lives, to kick the weight of despair to the curb, and to discover the strength and joy that lies within them. I am committed to making a difference, not just for myself but for everyone who feels lost in this complicated world. Together, we can rise above the challenges and create a community rooted in support, understanding, and resilience.
